Jeannine Corey has been serving the nonprofit sector as a leader and thought partner since 2001 and began providing consulting services to foundations and nonprofits in 2016. Jeannine focuses on business architecture and process projects, providing support in the following areas: process assessment and re-engineering; technology requirements definition and vendor selection; data governance and taxonomy; project management for implementations; staff training; and, post-launch support as needed.

Jeannine has served as the Project Manager for Fluxx, GivingData, SmartSimple, and Salesforce grants management system implementations and has supported clients through the change management, training, and system documentation processes. Jeannine has also guided organizations through the process of reviewing, updating, and documenting their grantmaking policies and practices, including business continuity efforts.
