Jenn Dickinson is the Director of Grants Management at the Helmsley Charitable Trust. In her role, Jenn oversees the full lifecycle of Helmsley’s grantmaking operations. This includes managing the online grants process, administering the grants database, grant monitoring, compliance, driving process improvement, and training. She previously served as a Grants Manager. Prior to joining Helmsley, Jenn worked in nonprofit capacity building at KrasnePlows and at Nonprofit Finance Fund, supporting strategic planning projects, financial analyses and capacity building trainings. She began her career in New York City government as an Urban Fellow. Across her public sector and nonprofit positions, Jenn has sought to learn, share and demystify complex or specialized topics so we can all work better together. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Arts in politics from Princeton University and a Master in Public Administration with a specialization in finance from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service.
