Working with institutional and intermediary funders, Connie brings a diverse array of skills and expertise to her work at BDO's Nonprofit & Grantmaker Advisory team, particularly with operations, finance, and grantmaking. She is also passionate about organizational strategy and infrastructure, especially technology. Prior to joining BDO, Connie helped launch the Internet Society Foundation and was responsible for implementing their Fluxx instance, formulating grantmaking processes and procedures, and acting as System Admin. In her role as Operations Director, she developed the Foundation's five-year strategic plan, including a long-term financial model and scenario plan, and created and managed the organization’s annual budget."
