Thank you for your interest in supporting the Centers for Spiritual Living 2024 Spiritual Living Convention. This convention brings together ministers, practitioners, and members involved in leadership within their own CSL community.

Opportunities of Support

Attendee Convention Bags: $4,000
Upon arrival at the convention check-in, each attendee is given a bag to be used throughout the event. Your organization’s logo will be placed on one side of the bag opposite the CSL branding on the other side of the bag. 

In addition, upon sponsorship confirmation and payment of support:

• Logo will be placed on the convention website homepage.
• Logo will be placed on the 2024 Convention sign at event registration check-in onsite.
• Logo will be placed on the 2024 Sponsor sign within the meeting and convention area.
• Logo will be placed on the pre-session slides before all General Sessions.
• Verbal acknowledgement and thank you from the stage at Opening and Closing General Sessions.
• Logo and website link will be sent in a post-event email to registered attendees.

Convention Water Bottle Sponsor: $3000

Each attendee will receive a reusable water bottle that can be used throughout the convention. This co-branded bottle will feature your logo and the CSL branding. 

In addition, upon sponsorship confirmation and payment of support:

• Logo will be placed on the convention website homepage.
• Logo will be placed on the 2024 Convention sign at event registration check-in onsite.
• Logo will be placed on the 2024 Sponsor sign within the meeting and convention area.
• Logo will be placed on the pre-session slides before all General Sessions.

Workshop Room Sponsor: $1000 (10 Available - 5 Rooms Each Day)

Support our attendees as they join workshops focused on providing tools and support to strengthen CSL communities globally. Workshops will take place on Wednesday & Thursday. 

In addition, upon sponsorship confirmation and payment of support:

• Opportunity to welcome the group (2 minutes) and introduce the workshop facilitator for each session in a designated room during our workshop slots.  
• Logo will be placed on the convention website homepage.
• Logo will be placed on the 2024 Convention sign outside of the workshop room on the day of your sponsorship.
• Logo will be placed on the 2024 Sponsor sign within the meeting and convention area.
• Logo will be placed on the pre-session slides before all General Sessions.
• Logo and website link will be sent in a post-event email to registered attendees.

Morning Meditation Sponsor: $500 (Three Available) 

Support our attendees as they begin their mornings and ground themselves for the day ahead by choosing to be the official morning meditation sponsor. Morning meditations will take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. 

In addition, upon sponsorship confirmation and payment of support:

• Opportunity to welcome the group (2 minutes) and introduce the meditation facilitator provided by the CSL Events Team. 
• Logo will be placed on the convention website homepage.
• Logo will be placed on the 2024 Convention sign outside of the meditation room on the day of your sponsorship.
• Logo will be placed on the 2024 Sponsor sign within the meeting and convention area.
• Logo will be placed on the pre-session slides before all General Sessions.
• Logo and website link will be sent in a post-event email to registered attendees.

Single Table-Top Convention Exhibitor: $275

Includes (1) 6' table with tablecloth and two chairs. Convention registration is not included.

Double Table-Top Convention Exhibitor: $425

Includes (2) 6' tables and two chairs. Convention registration is not included.

Advertising Supporter: $450

Looking to get more exposure for your company or name? Have a new book coming out? This is a great opportunity to spread the word by providing a handout, brochure, or postcard in each attendee conference bag. 

• A digital copy must be submitted to the CSL Events Team for review and approval by February 5, 2024
• Sponsor is responsible for printing and shipping/delivering the material to event venue by 9am on Monday, February 19. No late material will be accepted.
• Handouts, brochures, or materials cannot exceed 5in x 8in in size. It is recommended that you print on a heavier stock for best quality once placed in the bags.
