Centers for Spiritual Living is showing up as a force for love as we gather in Charleston, South Carolina for the 2024 Spiritual Living Convention, February 19-22. The theme that came through visioning for the upcoming event is Lighting the Way of Love: Soul to Soul to Soul. 

This year’s convention will be like no other that we’ve held in the past. We are intentionally designing a program that is supportive and honors the local LGBTQ+ community as well as Black, Indigenous and People of Color communities. We have also formed a Task Force to work with the CSL Events Team in this process. In addition, partnerships have been formed with local Pride organizations, the newly opened International African American History Museum based in Charleston, and the Gullah Geechee nation.

We are very excited to welcome Dr. Shawn Ginwright as our official keynote speaker at this year's convention. Many of our CSL members have come to know him through our recent book study and now we will have the opportunity to hear his message live and in-person.

Centers for Spiritual Living has partnered with the newly opened African American Museum located in downtown Charleston. Our opening general session will feature a special welcome from Christal Brown Heyward and a performance by the Gullah Geechee Choir.
